Portland, Oregon

We went to Portland for a friends wedding. We had a lot of fun and it was a long trip. We left Thursday night at seven and returned to Pocatello Sunday at three in the morning! We are very tired and exhausted, Brookenzie loves to be home with her toys and not in the car most of the time.

The reason we went to Portland is for Damian Hobbs wedding. David was his best man. Thanks Damian for your house to stay in.

Damian and Tiffany got married in the Portland temple, one of my favorite temples as a child. It was very pretty!

Brookenzie played outside at the temple. She was running and jumping. She had a lot of fun and mom had fun taking pictures!

Happy Third Anniversary!

So our anniversary was on Tuesday, yes the day after Brookenzie's Birthday, but anyways David surprised me with a little dinner after class and Brookenzie stayed with my sister Heather! Thanks Heather! Ya you guys are probably thinking how romantic the house is clean, Dinner and a movie. Ya it was and we got home about eight and started eating. David forgot to clean the office because he was busy getting the night ready, so I was like okay lets go clean it. So we went and cleaned it and had a great time spending time. On the way home we pull onto Philbin and he was driving like normal and david was speeding just about 5 over and he looked up and a state cop was right behind us! David was being pulled over because he crossed the fog line once not that he was speed a little and on top of that we didn't have the registration in the car and he was asking him why he was on the reservation so late. I don't think the cop believed us because he followed us home and made sure we were going where we were suppose to! It was to funny. The picture is the rose's he got for me and the card I made for him on friday night which I took him to dinner and we went home and he did homework and I went to sleep at nine. david ended upstaying up until 3 in the morning playing xbox and we had no Brookenzie because my parents took her. Thanks Mom and Dad

I DID IT!

So on Saturday was a big day for me. I had to go to a conference and be a mentor to kiss up to my boss so I don't lose a job for three months! I also had to give a presentation, We had 300-500 people sign up for the conference and only 250 people came. Ya I had to speak in front of all these people that knew more than me, ya it was only for three minutes, but those few minutes felt like forever. It was very intimidating and if you know me I am not someone to speak out into a crowd. I am trying to work on that. They had to vote on who did better on their presentation which I did not win, but my boss said she picked me because it sounded like I did my research and I looked up the whole time to the crowd. I was excited to get that compliment from my boss. I DID IT!



PINEWOOD DERBY SATURDAY NIGHT!

So while I was at my big meeting David woke up at about noonish and started on our cars that we were racing at 6 that night. He got them done with the help of my Dad and Neil Castleston! Thanks Dad . We went to the race and my Mom and Dad also came with their cars that my dad worked on for at least a week. Anyways, we raced everyone and my Mom took first and David second overall. If you take just my Mom and Dad, David and Me. My Mom took first and David took second and Me and then my Dad. Daid couldn't stand losing to my Mom so he kept racing her and finally about the Fifteenth time he bet her once and he was happy. Way to go guys! Pictures to come on the cars!

One month old Brookenzie Rai Romriell in her blessing dress. She weighed 6 lbs 10 ounces and 19 inches long. I can't believe she is TWO today. We love her so much and she is very spoiled. We are lucky to have her. Our little monkey is getting so big.

Today on her birthday playing with her toys that she got for her birthday. She went to the doctors today for her two year check up and she weighs 22lbs 8 ounces and 33 inches long. Love you Brookenzie, my sexy mama and crazy baby!

What a Great Weekend!

This has been a great weekend in a way, but i didn't do all my homework or cleaned my house! I had fun with my friend on Saturday morning and spent the rest of the afternoon with David and Brookenzie. That night I had a lot of fun at my little sister Keana's and my Dad's Birthday party. As you can see I smashed cake in my other sister Brittany's face. It was quite fun.

Sunday we went to a baby blessing and we gave Brookenzie some fruit snacks and she had a sugar high. Didn't stay to long because we couldn't get her to slow down and sit. We have been sitting at home hanging out getting ready for our friend Rob to come this next weekend to visit and stay with us for a while. Next week will be better because Brookenzie will be turning two and our anniversary!
